Kandoo is a knowledge platform, built with the purpose of supporting gender diversity promoters of the Middle East based companies to drive equality in their workplaces.
Kandoo provides access to content such as Events, News, Resources (Books, Articles, Studies & Reports and Podcasts) on Gender Equality topic and most importantly provides comparison charts for Policies and gender related Benefits from multiple companies and sectors in the Middle East.
The content of this platform will be relevant to challenges and key blockers that corporate women working for multinationals face in the Middle East and will help the Diversity and/or HR leaders to define the solutions that can address those blockers and enable gender equality in their respective organizations.
